Transfer on board for embarkation and the start of the cruise in welcoming, serene Aswan. Welcomed on board by our crew with rose-water scented towels, chilled hibiscus Karkadé, and fresh lemon-mint juice. Enjoy casting off on deck with your first lunch as the voyage begins. Cruise to Kom Ombo and dock at the foot of the site for a 1.5-hour tour of the Temple of Sobek (Crocodile God). Discover intact crocodile mummies, the famous surgical instruments scene presented to Imhotep, and ancient Egyptian calendar reliefs. Dinner and overnight stay on board moored in Baswa.

Edfu & Temple of Horus

Breakfast on board will be served on deck while your dahabieh sails to the rhythm of the Nile, driven by a light morning breeze that fills the sails. Arrive in Edfu to discover the Temple of Horus, dedicated to the Falcon God (son of Isis and Osiris). One of the best-preserved temples in Egypt, giving a complete view of Greco-Roman temple architecture. The tour departs by horse-drawn carriage. Return and lunch on board. Dinner will be served on deck with a variety of authentic Egyptian dishes prepared on board. Overnight stay on board.

Breakfast on board before your final departure. Depart to Luxor by comfortable coach with your guide. Visit the monumental Temples of Karnak—an impressive complex of masterpieces spanning over 100 hectares dedicated to Amun. Highlights include the Temples of Seti II and Ramses III, the hypostyle hall with its 134 gigantic columns, the Sacred Lake, and open-air museum. Cross the Nile by motorboat to reach the Theban Necropolis on the left bank to discover the Valley of the Kings. Your guide will show you three of the most beautiful royal tombs open to visitors (out of 62+ discovered). End of service "Bon Voyage".
